Web Data Administrator
Now that you've completed installing SQL Server and started the listener. It's time to work with SQL Server and create a new database and user. Assuming you already downloaded and installed Microsoft's Web Data Administrator. You should be able to find the program from the Start menu. Once you select it you should see this window. Click Start to run the service. A browser window will pop up with the administration interface. Don't close this window. You can click Stop and close this window only after you have finished creating the Portal user and database.
