Apache Jakarta Tomcat 4.1.30

After downloading the zip file; jakarta-tomcat-4.1.30.zip, you can right click the file in explorer and select Extract All to unzip the contents into a folder. I selected to extract the files to E:\. This will create a folder called E:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.30.
